2. Data We Collect
We collect and process the following data: (a) Website usage: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps — for security and service operation. (b) Account data: Email address, name — for authentication and service delivery. (c) Call data: Phone number, call recordings, AI-generated transcripts and summaries — for providing the telephonist service. (d) Cookies: A language preference cookie and a session cookie for authentication.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
We process your data based on: (a) Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — to provide the telephonist service you signed up for. (b) Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for security, fraud prevention, and service improvement. (c) Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — where explicitly given, e.g. for marketing communications.
4. AI Processing
Call data is processed by AI systems to generate transcripts, summaries, and structured data (caller name, urgency, topic). AI processing is an integral part of the service and covered by the contract legal basis. No automated decisions with legal effect are made. AI models do not train on your call data.
5. Data Retention
Call data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. Account data is retained until account deletion. You can request deletion at any time.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your data (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, contact telefonist@0815.software. We handle data requests within 30 days.
7. Data Hosting
All data is hosted on servers in Germany. We use Hetzner Online GmbH as our hosting provider. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.
8. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Telnyx (telephony provider, EU data processing), Better Auth (authentication). All processors have signed Data Processing Agreements (DPA) in compliance with GDPR.
